Welcoming the arrival of Autumn: Pinecones

Using nature to inspire for decor ideas: "Pinecones."
I enjoy adding decor items to my home that set a certain mood and can change the atmosphere in a space. Most people use candles for aroma, set their lighting to create a specify ambiance and even potpourri. One of the things I started to incorporate after my first trip Big Bear years ago is pinecones. The come in various sizes and are a great way to create dimension in large and small spaces alike.

Although I used to only set them out for my fall and winter decor I adapted them as a permanent addition to my living space and kitchen and Love it! You can use them to fill a small void or add to a shelf or even display item.
